Admissions

Begin Your ACTS Journey

Enrollment is now open for S.Y. 2025–2026. Follow these four simple steps and become part of the ACTS family.

Step 1
Submit Application

Fill out the online or walk-in application form with your personal details and preferred program.

Step 2
Entrance Examination

Take the ACTS Entrance Examination at campus every Saturday. Results released in 3 working days.

Step 3
Submit Requirements

Present all required documents to the Registrar's Office for verification and processing.

Step 4
Pay & Enroll

Settle enrollment fees, receive your student ID, and officially join the ACTS family!

  • PSA Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • 2×2 ID Photos — 4 pieces, white background
  • Medical Certificate (for incoming freshmen)
